I do believe that she acted unethically. The reason I say that is because there has been multiple times she has flip flopped with her identity and wants to be one thing a certain time, and another the next time. I believe if you are truly proud to be something you own it at all times because that is what being proud means. Me personally I do not think race and gender are equal to each other in that aspect. I believe in today's society everyone is so caring of your skin color more than your gender and there are times in life that you can actually go through a procedure to change your gender, it is not that easy to change your race.
